Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of And Experience With Various Mental Health Disorders And Treatment Modalities.
Previous Experience Working In A Mental Health Setting, Such As A Hospital Or Residential Facility.
Ability To Maintain Confidentiality, Handle Sensitive Situations With Empathy And Professionalism, And Adhere To Ethical Standards In Patient Care.
