
Mental Health Technician - Evening Shift 3p-11p

- Provide compassionate and dedicated care to patients with mental health disorders
- Work as part of a team to support patients in their daily activities and promote a healing environment
- Facilitate therapeutic groups and activities to aid in the treatment of patients
- Assist patients with medication management and ensure adherence to treatment plans
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' behavior or condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Ensure the safety and well-being of patients at all times
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations
- Continuously educate yourself on best practices and techniques for caring for individuals with mental health disorders
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families as needed

Completion Of A Recognized Mental Health Technician Training Program Or Equivalent Experience In A Related Field.
Minimum Of 1 Year Experience Working In A Mental Health Setting, Preferably In An Evening Shift Capacity.
Knowledge Of Basic Mental Health Principles And Treatment Modalities.
Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Communicate Effectively With Patients, Families, And Staff.
Demonstrated Ability To Handle Crisis Situations And Maintain A Calm And Professional Demeanor In High-Stress Environments.
