  1. Provide compassionate and empathetic support to patients undergoing mental health treatment.
  2. Assist patients with daily tasks and activities as needed, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
  3. Monitor patients' behavior and report any changes or concerns to the treatment team.
  4. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, including crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  6. Administer and document patient assessments, vital signs, and other medical procedures as directed by the treatment team.
  7. Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders and treatment options.
  8. Participate in treatment team meetings and provide input on patient progress and needs.
  9. Follow all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  10. Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
