  1. Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with mental health issues in a professional and empathetic manner.

  3. Monitor and assist patients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, meal times, medication management, and recreational activities.

  6. Observe and report any changes in patient behavior or condition to the supervising healthcare professional.
  7. Participate in ongoing training and education to continuously improve knowledge and skills in the field of mental health.
  8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
  9. Demonstrate empathy, respect, and understanding towards patients and their families.
  10. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of job responsibilities.
  11. Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
  12. Promote mental wellness and provide emotional support to patients during their recovery journey.
  13. Remain calm and composed in high-stress situations and effectively manage crisis intervention when necessary.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings and discussions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working In A Mental Health Facility Or Related Setting

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Multidisciplinary Team Members
