  1. Provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health disorders.
  2. Monitor and document patient behavior and progress.
  3. Implement treatment plans and interventions as directed by mental health professionals.
  4. Assist in crisis situations and de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
  5. Foster a supportive and therapeutic environment for patients.
  6. Collaborate with other mental health professionals to develop and implement treatment goals.
  7. Administer medications and monitor patient reactions and side effects.
  8. Educate patients and their families on mental health disorders and treatment options.
  9. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and progress.
  10. Adhere to all safety and confidentiality protocols in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  11. Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
  12. Serve as a positive role model for patients, demonstrating empathy, patience, and compassion.
  13. Advocate for the needs and rights of patients in all aspects of their treatment.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications
