As a Mental Health Technician, you will play a vital role in assisting patients and supporting our clinical staff.   1. Provide direct care and support to patients in a mental health treatment setting.
  2. Assist in the implementation of treatment plans as directed by the clinical team.
  3. Monitor and document patient behaviors and progress towards treatment goals.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  5. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
  6. Participate in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed.
  7. Assist in daily living activities such as meal times, hygiene, and recreation.
  8. Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement therapeutic activities.
  9. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
  10. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations set forth by the organization.
  11. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  12. Advocate for patients and promote their overall well-being.
  13. Support and assist patients with medication management.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.
  15. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and treatment planning sessions.
  16. Continuously assess and report any changes in patient behavior or condition.
  17. Foster a positive and respectful relationship with patients and their families.
  18. Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
  19. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in mental health care.
  20. Perform other duties as assigned by the clinical team or supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or A Related Field

  • Previous Experience Working With Individuals With Mental Health Disorders

  • Knowledge Of Therapeutic Techniques And Interventions For Mental Health Treatment

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients And Healthcare Team Members
