A Degree In Psychology Or A Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Psychology Or A Related Field Is Essential For A Mental Health Tech Job At Universal Health Services. This Will Provide The Necessary Knowledge And Understanding Of Mental Health Disorders And Treatment Methods.
Experience Working In A Mental Health Setting: Previous Experience Working In A Mental Health Facility Or With Individuals Struggling With Mental Health Issues Is Highly Desirable For This Role. It Will Demonstrate The Candidate's Ability To Handle The Unique Challenges Of This Job.
