1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to individuals struggling with mental health issues.
2. Assist and support patients during the evening shift (3PM-11PM) on Monday to Friday.
3. Act as a vital part of the organization by ensuring the well-being and safety of patients.
4. Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, their families, and other staff members.
5. Monitor and document patient activities, behaviors, and progress.
6. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff.
7. Use effective communication skills to de-escalate and manage crisis situations.
8. Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients in their recovery journey.
9. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
10. Maintain a clean and organized environment for the safety and comfort of patients.
11. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
12. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, trainings, and other professional development opportunities.
13. Continuously educate oneself on mental health issues and treatment methods.
14. Maintain confidentiality and respect patient privacy at all times.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
