  1. Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients struggling with mental health issues.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  3. Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to promote patients' well-being and mental health.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
  5. Monitor and document patients' progress and respond to any changes or concerns.

  12. Proactively identify and report any potential risks or concerns related to patients' mental health.

  14. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the mental health department through collaboration and teamwork.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA regulations in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree In Psychology, Counseling, Or Social Work, With A Specialization In Mental Health Or Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Clinical Experience Working With Individuals With Mental Health Disorders, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities For Various Mental Health Disorders, Including But Not Limited To Anxiety, Depression, And Bipolar Disorder.

  • Ability To Communicate Effectively With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Teams To Develop Treatment Plans And Provide Support.

  • Current Licensure Or Certification As A Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, Or Psychologist, And Adherence To Ethical And Legal Standards Of Practice.
