Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology Or Related Field: A Medical Technologist At Universal Health Services Must Have A Strong Educational Background In The Field Of Medical Technology To Be Able To Perform Laboratory Tests Accurately And Efficiently.
Certification/Licensure: Most States Require Medical Technologists To Be Certified Or Licensed. Universal Health Services May Prefer Candidates Who Have Obtained Certification From A Recognized Organization Such As The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp).
