  1. Conduct accurate and timely diagnostic testing on patient samples using various laboratory equipment and techniques.
  2. Follow strict protocols and procedures to ensure quality control and accuracy of test results.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to all safety and infection control protocols.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of laboratory supplies and equipment.
  5. Record and maintain accurate documentation of all test results and patient information.

  11. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the handling and processing of patient samples.

  13. Train and supervise new laboratory personnel.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of all patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve laboratory processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or Related Field.

  • Certification As A Medical Technologist (Mt) Through The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp) Or Equivalent.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Medical Technologist In A Hospital Or Clinical Laboratory Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Laboratory Equipment And Procedures, Including Proficiency In Performing And Interpreting Various Laboratory Tests.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Accurately And Efficiently Analyze And Report Laboratory Results.
