  1. Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and take messages as needed.
  3. Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays and payments.
  4. Maintain and update patient records accurately and in a timely manner.
  5. Coordinate patient referrals and schedule appointments with other healthcare providers.
  6. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth flow of patient care.
  7. Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory at all times.
  8. Keep the waiting area and front desk area clean and organized.
  9. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  10. Handle patient complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  11. Assist with billing and coding tasks as needed.
  12. Attend staff meetings and trainings to stay updated on office policies and procedures.
  13. Act as a liaison between patients and medical staff, conveying important information and updates.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline office processes.
  15. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the office manager or supervisor.
