MAINTENANCE WORKER - GENERAL

10. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline maintenance processes to increase efficiency.
11. Report any major maintenance needs or concerns to management immediately.
12. Help to create and maintain a positive and professional work environment for all staff and patients.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
14. Attend training and development opportunities to expand and improve maintenance skills.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
