Prior Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Minimum Of 1-2 Years Experience Working As An Lpn In A Healthcare Facility, Preferably In A Hospital Or Long-Term Care Setting.
Strong Clinical Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Patient Care And Clinical Procedures, Including Medication Administration, Wound Care, And Vital Sign Monitoring.
Flexibility And Availability: As A Per Diem Position, The Candidate Should Be Available To Work On An As-Needed Basis, Including Weekends And Holidays. Flexibility To Work Different Shifts Is Also Required.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Good Interpersonal Skills Are Also Important In Building A Positive Rapport With Patients And Their Families.
