Current Lvn Licensure: Candidates Must Possess A Valid And Current License To Practice As A Licensed Vocational Nurse In The State Where The Facility Is Located.
Minimum Education And Experience: Applicants Must Have Completed An Accredited Vocational Nursing Program And Hold A Minimum Of One Year Of Experience In A Clinical Setting.
Cpr Certification: Candidates Should Have Current Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification From The American Heart Association Or The American Red Cross.
Knowledge Of Nursing Principles And Procedures: Candidates Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Nursing Principles And Procedures, Including Medication Administration, Patient Assessment, And Documentation.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills: The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Patients, Family Members, And Other Healthcare Professionals Is Essential In This Role. Candidates Should Also Be Able To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team To Provide Quality Patient Care.
