- Provide compassionate and dedicated therapy services to patients on a PRN (as needed) basis.

A Valid License To Practice Therapy: A Licensed Therapist - Prn At Universal Health Services Must Possess A Current And Valid License To Practice Therapy In The State Where They Will Be Working. This Could Include Licenses Such As Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw), Licensed Professional Counselor (Lpc), Or Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist (Lmft).
Minimum Education And Experience: Candidates For This Position Are Expected To Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Counseling Or Psychology. In Addition, They Should Have Experience Working In A Clinical Setting, Preferably With Individuals Dealing With Mental Health Issues.
Knowledge Of Therapeutic Techniques: A Licensed Therapist - Prn Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various Therapeutic Techniques And Interventions, Such As Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, And Family Systems Therapy. They Should Also Be Familiar With Evidence-Based Practices And Be Able To Adapt Their Approach To Meet The Needs Of Each Individual Client.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Therapist, Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building Rapport With Clients And Collaborating With Other Members Of The Treatment Team. A Licensed Therapist - Prn Should Be Able To Listen Actively, Communicate Clearly, And Show Empathy Towards Their Clients.
Ability To Maintain Confidentiality: The Nature Of Therapy Requires A High Level Of Confidentiality And Trust Between The Therapist And Client. A Licensed Therapist - Prn Should Be Able To Maintain Client Confidentiality And Adhere To Ethical Guidelines And Laws Governing Patient Privacy. They Should Also Be Knowledgeable About Hipaa Regulations And Ensure Compliance With These Standards At All Times.
