  1. Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients in line with company standards and policies.
  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  3. Monitor and assess patient's health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  6. Educate patients and their families on their health conditions and treatment plans.
  7. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  8. Follow all applicable state and federal regulations and guidelines.
  9. Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
  10. Continuously improve and update knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities.
  11. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during difficult times.
  12. Foster a positive and respectful working relationship with coworkers and other healthcare professionals.
  13. Adhere to ethical and legal principles in all aspects of patient care.
  14. Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  16. Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service.
  17. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  18. Adhere to all safety protocols and report any potential hazards or incidents.
  19. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
  20. Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
