1. Lead and manage a team of Pharmacy Technicians, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure high-quality work and patient care.
2. Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing and delivery.
3. Oversee inventory management and purchasing of medications and supplies, maintaining appropriate levels and minimizing waste.
4. Train and mentor new pharmacy technicians, providing ongoing education to ensure they are up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.
