- Lead and manage a team of Pharmacy Technicians, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure high-quality work and patient care.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing and delivery.
- Oversee inventory management and purchasing of medications and supplies, maintaining appropriate levels and minimizing waste.
- Train and mentor new pharmacy technicians, providing ongoing education to ensure they are up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.
- Assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient safety.
- Perform quality control checks on medications and equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance providers to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Stay current on pharmaceutical advancements and changes in regulations, and implement changes as necessary.

Certification And Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Certified Pharmacy Technician, With A Proven Track Record Of Leadership And Team Management Skills.
Knowledge Of Pharmaceuticals And Regulations: In-Depth Understanding Of Pharmaceuticals, Including Drug Classifications, Dosages, And Interactions, As Well As Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Governing Pharmacy Operations.
Communication And Customer Service Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Healthcare Professionals And Patients. Strong Customer Service Skills To Handle Inquiries And Complaints.
Organizational And Managerial Skills: Strong Organizational Skills And The Ability To Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment. Proven Experience In Managing A Team Of Pharmacy Technicians And Ensuring Efficient Workflow.
