  1. Provide technical support for various software and hardware systems used within the organization.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to information systems, including hardware, software, and networking problems.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to implement new technologies and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.

  11. Train and support end-users on the proper use of technology and systems.
  12. Adhere to all security protocols and regulations to protect the organization's data and systems.
  13. Work collaboratively with other IT team members to support organizational projects and initiatives.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  15. Be available for on-call support and occasional after-hours work when necessary.

Job Qualifications
