Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or It Help Desk Role.
Proficiency In Troubleshooting Hardware, Software, And Network Issues.
Familiarity With Electronic Health Record Systems And Hipaa Regulations.
