Job Qualifications
  • Current Rn License: A Valid And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License Is Required For An Intake Coordinator Rn Prn Position At Universal Health Services. This Ensures That The Individual Has Met All The Necessary Educational And Training Requirements To Practice As A Nurse.

  • Previous Experience In Psychiatric Or Behavioral Health Setting: The Ideal Candidate For An Intake Coordinator Rn Prn Job Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Psychiatric Or Behavioral Health Setting. This Experience Can Include Working As A Staff Nurse, Charge Nurse, Or In A Similar Role.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As An Intake Coordinator, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Therefore, Strong Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Mental Health Disorders And Treatment Options: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Different Mental Health Disorders And Their Treatment Options. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Assess Patients And Make Appropriate Referrals.

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team: An Intake Coordinator Rn Prn Should Be Able To Work Independently And Make Decisions On Their Own, While Also Being Able To Collaborate With Other Members Of The Healthcare Team. This Requires Strong Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills.
