- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding HR related matters, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, and benefits.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution of employee complaints or concerns.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and address employee development needs and create training and development plans.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all HR related paperwork, such as new hire onboarding, payroll changes, and employee performance evaluations.
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity and equity initiatives.
- Act as a role model and advocate for ethical and professional behavior in the workplace.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr, With A Focus On Employee Relations And Compliance.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With All Levels Of Employees.
Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
