- Manage and maintain the organization's Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the HRIS.
- Stay up-to-date with HR technology trends and make recommendations for system improvements.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement new HRIS features and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain HRIS procedures, guidelines and documentation.
- Train HR staff on the use of the HRIS and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Monitor and analyze HRIS data to identify trends and insights for decision making.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Identify and resolve any system errors or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives that involve the HRIS.
- Provide technical support to end-users and act as a liaison between HR and IT.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures through the use of the HRIS.
- Stay informed about HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance within the HRIS.
- Collaborate with external vendors for system updates and maintenance.
- Communicate with HR and management regarding system updates, changes, and training.
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the HRIS and provide guidance to HR team members.
- Proactively identify and resolve system issues to minimize disruptions to HR processes.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of HRIS functionality and processes to effectively support end-users.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Hr Principles And Practices Is Essential For An Hris Analyst Role At Universal Health Services. A Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Understand And Analyze Hr Data.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Hris Administration: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 3 Years Of Experience Working With Hris Systems. This Ensures They Have A Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Can Effectively Manage And Troubleshoot Any Issues That May Arise.
Proficient In Hris Software: Candidates Should Have A Strong Working Knowledge Of Hris Software, Such As Workday Or Ultipro. They Should Be Able To Navigate And Utilize The System To Its Full Potential, Including Creating Reports And Analyzing Data.
