  1. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  2. Conduct new hire orientations and process necessary paperwork.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality.
  4. Assist with employee benefits enrollment and changes.
  5. Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
  6. Help administer employee performance evaluations and maintain performance records.
  7. Collaborate with management to identify and address employee development needs.
  8. Assist with employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and separation paperwork.
  9. Maintain compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  10. Assist with creating and updating job descriptions and organizational charts.
  11. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs or employee engagement initiatives.
  12. Help maintain HR software and systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  13. Prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings.
  14. Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all employees.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve HR processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or Related Field.

  • 1-2 Years Of Hr Experience In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc.

  • Proficiency In Hris Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
