- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct new hire orientations and process necessary paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist with employee benefits enrollment and changes.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Help administer employee performance evaluations and maintain performance records.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address employee development needs.
- Assist with employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and separation paperwork.
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with creating and updating job descriptions and organizational charts.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs or employee engagement initiatives.
- Help maintain HR software and systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all employees.
- Continuously seek ways to improve HR processes and procedures.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or Related Field.
1-2 Years Of Hr Experience In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc.
Proficiency In Hris Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
