
HR ASSISTANT

- Support HR team in daily administrative tasks, including but not limited to, data entry, filing, and maintaining employee records.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures, and ensure they are consistently applied and updated as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule training and development programs for employees.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Process employee benefits and payroll paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct research and gather data to support HR initiatives and projects.
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of HR reports and analytics.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to support a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist with employee relations issues and escalate to HR Manager or Director when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming culture for all employees.
- Represent Universal Health Services in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeo
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With All Levels Of Employees
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Hris Software, With The Ability To Quickly Learn New Systems.
