House Supervisor, RN

1. Oversee daily operations of nursing units: The House Supervisor, RN will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the nursing units, including patient care, staffing, and resource allocation.

7. Handle emergencies and incidents: The House Supervisor, RN will be responsible for managing and responding to any emergencies or incidents that may occur within the nursing units.
8. Participate in performance improvement initiatives: The House Supervisor, RN will actively participate in performance improvement initiatives to promote the delivery of high-quality patient care and identify opportunities for improvement.
9. Assist with budget management: The House Supervisor, RN will work with the nursing leadership team to assist with budget management, including monitoring expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
