  1. Utilize technical skills and knowledge to support the team in delivering high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.
  2. Demonstrate a strong understanding of emergency procedures and protocols.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient patient experience.
  4. Keep up-to-date with advancements in healthcare technology and implement new systems or processes as needed.
  5. Monitor and maintain healthcare technology equipment to ensure proper functionality.
  6. Provide technical support to healthcare providers and other staff members as needed.
  7. Assist with patient assessments and procedures as directed by healthcare providers.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient information and procedures performed.
  9. Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality is always maintained.
  10. Act as a liaison between the IT department and healthcare providers to troubleshoot any technical issues.
  11. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  12. Participate in ongoing training and education to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  13. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication.
  14. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
  15. Provide compassionate and patient-centered care to improve the overall healthcare experience for patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working In Healthcare Technology, Preferably In An Emergency Department Setting.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Health Record Systems, Such As Epic Or Cerner.

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Clinical And Non-Clinical Staff.

  • Knowledge Of Hipaa Regulations And Other Relevant Healthcare Laws And Regulations.
