  1. Prepare and serve meals to patients and staff in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure that all meals are prepared according to dietary restrictions and special requests.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
  4. Assist in menu planning and development to accommodate different dietary needs and preferences.
  5. Monitor food and supply inventory and place orders as needed.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and welcoming dining experience for patients and staff.
  7. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  8. Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  9. Communicate any issues or concerns regarding food quality or service to management.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns from patients and staff.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and privacy regulations.
  12. Attend trainings and meetings as required to maintain knowledge and skills.
  13. Flexibly adapt to changing schedules and work demands.
  14. Assist with special events and catering services as needed.
  15. Uphold a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Food Service Worker At Universal Health Services Should Have A Minimum Education Level Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
