
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO

- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports and presentations for the CEO.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactively manage and prioritize the CEO's tasks and deadlines to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address any potential issues or conflicts.
- Participate in meetings and take detailed minutes to ensure accurate and timely follow-up.
- Coordinate and organize events, conferences, and other special projects as assigned by the CEO.
- Manage and maintain the CEO's contacts, files, and records.
- Collaborate with other members of the executive team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries directed to the CEO.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and represent the organization in a positive manner at all times.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency in supporting the CEO and the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to healthcare and share relevant information with the CEO.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills: A Successful Executive Assistant To The Ceo At Universal Health Services Must Be Able To Handle A Variety Of Tasks And Priorities Efficiently And Effectively. This Includes Managing The Ceo's Schedule, Coordinating Meetings And Events, And Handling Correspondence And Phone Calls.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Executive Assistant Must Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Professionally With Both Internal And External Stakeholders. This Includes Drafting Emails, Memos, And Reports On Behalf Of The Ceo, As Well As Interacting With Clients, Employees, And Other Executives.
Professionalism And Discretion: As The Right-Hand Person To The Ceo, The Executive Assistant Must Maintain A High Level Of Professionalism And Discretion In All Interactions And Tasks. This Includes Handling Sensitive Information With Confidentiality And Representing The Company In A Positive Manner.
Strong Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Abilities: The Executive Assistant Must Have The Ability To Anticipate And Proactively Address Potential Issues Or Challenges That May Arise. This Requires Strong Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, As Well As The Ability To Make Quick And Effective Decisions.
Relevant Experience And Education: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As An Executive Assistant, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Corporate Setting, Is Typically Required For This Position. A Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Business Administration Or Communications, May Also Be Preferred. In Addition, Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs Is Often Required.
