  6. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in patient care and maintain patient confidentiality.
  7. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of protocols and procedures.
  8. Provide guidance and mentorship to residents, medical students, and other healthcare professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Must Hold A Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution, With A Specialization In Ophthalmology.

  • Board Certification: The Candidate Should Be Board Certified In Ophthalmology, Demonstrating A High Level Of Knowledge And Expertise In The Field.

  • Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As An Ophthalmologist Is Required For This Position. Experience In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting Is Preferred.

  • Team Player: The Candidate Must Possess Strong Teamwork Skills And Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Other Healthcare Professionals To Provide The Best Possible Care For Patients.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial In This Role, As The Candidate Will Be Interacting With Patients, Colleagues, And Other Healthcare Professionals On A Daily Basis. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are A Must.
