- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth for the Behavioral Health service line.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain marketing materials and presentations.
- Lead sales meetings and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our services.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor sales staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively promote Behavioral Health services.
- Participate in contract negotiations and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
- Act as a liaison between clients and our organization, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote the Behavioral Health service line.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to healthcare sales.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency in the sales department.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Sales Experience In The Healthcare Industry, Preferably In Behavioral Health Services.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals And Targets.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Behavioral Health Services And The Competitive Landscape.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Clients.
