Director - Financial Planning & Analysis

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Director - Financial Planning & Analysis to join the team at Universal Health Services. This individual will lead the financial planning and analysis for the organization, providing key strategic insights to drive business decisions and to ensure the organization meets its financial objectives. The successful candidate will have the ability to think beyond the numbers, develop financial planning and forecasting models, and be adept at leading teams of finance professionals. We are looking for someone with a passion for finance, a commitment to excellence, and a strong desire to help shape the future of our organization.Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field • 8+ years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis • Expertise in financial modeling, financial analysis, and financial reporting • Superior written and verbal communication skills • Proven experience in leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software applications
