  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies to minimize potential risks for the organization.
  2. Oversee all risk management activities including risk assessment, auditing, and reporting to senior management.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to identify potential risks and develop solutions to mitigate them.
  4. Conduct regular training and educational programs to promote risk awareness and safety culture among employees.
  5. Communicate with insurance providers and legal counsel to ensure appropriate coverage and compliance with regulations.
  6. Monitor and analyze trends in risk management and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Investigate incidents and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and organizations to stay informed about industry best practices and regulations.
  9. Prepare and present risk management reports and updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Related To Risk Management And Healthcare Compliance.
