  1. Prepare and serve meals to patients according to their dietary needs and restrictions.
  2. Ensure all meals are of high quality, visually appealing, and served at appropriate temperatures.
  3. Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment.
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized meal plans for patients.
  5. Maintain accurate records of patient meal orders and dietary restrictions.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare staff to ensure their dietary needs are met.
  7. Monitor and document patients' food and fluid intake.
  8. Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and prepare menus that meet patients' nutritional requirements.
  9. Assist with inventory management and ordering of food and supplies.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Attend and participate in staff meetings, trainings, and other educational opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  12. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient privacy at all times.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by the Dietary Manager or team leader.
