  1. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques.

Job Qualifications
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (Lpc) Or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw) In Good Standing With The State Licensing Board.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Providing Mental Health Services, Specifically In Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (Dbt).

  • Thorough Understanding And Proficiency In Dbt Treatment Modalities, Including Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, And Skills Training.

  • Ability To Conduct Comprehensive Assessments, Develop Treatment Plans, And Document Progress Notes In Accordance With State And Federal Regulations.

  • Strong Communication Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Treatment Team Members, Including Psychiatrists, Nurses, And Case Managers.
