
CT TECHNOLOGIST-DAY SHIFT

- Perform CT scans on patients using state-of-the-art equipment.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
- Prepare and position patients for scans according to established protocols.
- Operate CT equipment and adjust settings to produce high-quality images.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any adverse reactions or complications.
- Review and evaluate images for quality and accuracy.
- Communicate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to discuss scan results.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and scan results.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements and changes in CT technology and procedures.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Train and mentor new CT technologists as needed.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

- Follow all hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with insurance companies for pre-authorizations and billing purposes.

Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Ct Technologist In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting.
Current Certification As A Ct Technologist By The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt).
Strong Knowledge Of Anatomy, Radiographic Techniques, And Patient Positioning.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Fast-Paced Environment, With Excellent Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills.
