  1. Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for patients using creative arts techniques such as music, art, drama, and dance.
  2. Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine the most effective treatment approach for each patient.
  3. Collaborate with other members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  4. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans.
  5. Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients to express themselves and explore their emotions through various art forms.
  6. Utilize evidence-based practices and stay up-to-date on current research and developments in the field of creative arts therapy.
  7. Communicate and collaborate with patients' families and caregivers to involve them in the treatment process and provide support and education.
  8. Adhere to ethical and professional standards, including maintaining confidentiality and respecting patients' rights and autonomy.
  9. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide input on treatment plans and patient progress.
  10. Continuously assess and adjust therapy techniques to meet the changing needs and progress of each patient.
  11. Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of creative arts therapy.
  12. Demonstrate a passion for providing high-quality care and making a positive impact on patients' lives.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Or Drama Therapy.

  • Certification From A Recognized Professional Organization Such As The American Art Therapy Association Or The American Music Therapy Association.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Providing Creative Arts Therapy In A Clinical Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Various Therapeutic Approaches And Techniques, Such As Psychodynamic, Humanistic, And Cognitive-Behavioral.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multi-Disciplinary Team And Effectively Engage With Patients Of All Ages And Backgrounds.
