  • Utilize creative arts and expressive therapy techniques to facilitate healing and personal growth for patients
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using various art forms, such as painting, music, dance, and drama
  • Create a safe and supportive environment for patients to express themselves and explore their emotions
  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop personalized treatment plans for patients
  • Regularly assess patient progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of creative arts therapy
  • Educate patients and their families on the therapeutic benefits of creative expression
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment goals and strategies

Job Qualifications
  • Licensed Therapist: Candidates Should Possess A Valid License In Their Respective Field Of Creative Arts Or Expressive Therapy, Such As Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Drama Therapy, Or Dance/Movement Therapy.

  • Master's Degree: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Is Required. This Could Be In Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Or A Specific Field Of Creative Arts Therapy.

  • Specialization In Creative Arts Therapy: Candidates Should Have Experience And Expertise In Their Specific Field Of Creative Arts Therapy, Such As Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Drama Therapy, Or Dance/Movement Therapy.

  • Experience In A Mental Health Setting: Previous Experience Working In A Mental Health Setting Is Preferred, As The Therapist Will Be Providing Therapy To Patients With Mental Health Disorders.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Therapist Should Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Patients, Their Families, And The Treatment Team. This Includes The Ability To Adapt Therapy Techniques To Different Populations And Effectively Collaborate With Other Therapists And Healthcare Professionals.
