The successful candidate will provide legal advice on a wide range of healthcare operations, complex matters, and transactions.The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of providing legal advice and expertise on healthcare operations, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance. They will possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with various internal and external stakeholders.The successful candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and a license to practice in the State of Texas. They must also have a minimum of three years of experience practicing healthcare law with a focus on operations.We are looking for a Counsel - Healthcare Operations who is highly organized, able to work independently, and is passionate about delivering outstanding legal support.
