- Provide compassionate and dedicated mental health services to patients at the Chatham Family Counseling Center.
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Utilize evidence-based therapies to help patients address and manage their mental health concerns.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines in all aspects of patient care.
- Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with current research and developments in the field of mental health.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Represent the values and mission of Universal Health Services in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
Master's Degree In Clinical Social Work Or Counseling From An Accredited Institution.
State Licensure As A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw) Or Licensed Professional Counselor (Lpc).
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Mental Health Setting, Preferably With Individuals, Families, And Groups.
Strong Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Therapy Techniques And Ability To Implement Them In Treatment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Establish Rapport With Clients And Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
