  1. Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy to patients with mental health challenges.

  3. Conduct thorough assessments to accurately diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans.
  4. Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions with patients and their families.

  10. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including safety and compliance standards.
  11. Act as a positive and professional representative of the organization at all times.
  12. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  13. Serve as a resource and mentor to other team members.
  14. Display empathy, compassion, and understanding towards patients and their families.
  15. Foster a supportive and therapeutic environment for patients to feel comfortable and safe in.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Or A Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Current License To Practice As A Clinical Therapist In The State Where The Universal Health Services Facility Is Located (Lpc, Lpc-I, Lmft, Lmsw, Or Lcsw).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Providing Therapy To Individuals, Couples, And Families In A Clinical Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Therapeutic Techniques And Ability To Apply Them In Treatment.

  • Strong Understanding Of And Adherence To Ethical And Legal Guidelines For Mental Health Professionals.
