As a clinical liaison, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our healthcare facility and the community by building relationships with referral sources and advocating for patients.   1. Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, and community organizations.
  2. Conduct outreach and marketing efforts to promote our healthcare facility and its services.
  3. Serve as a point of contact for potential patients and their families, providing information and guidance on available services.
  4. Collaborate with the admissions and clinical teams to assess patient needs and ensure a smooth transition into our facility.
  5. Advocate for patients, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate care.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the healthcare landscape to effectively identify potential referral sources and develop strategies for outreach.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote our facility and services.
  8. Maintain accurate records of referral sources, patient interactions, and outcomes.
  9. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving referral processes and patient care.
  10. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards, maintaining confidentiality and privacy of patient information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare-Related Field Such As Nursing, Social Work, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Clinical Liaison Or Similar Role.

  • Thorough Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Reimbursement Processes.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.

  • Ability To Travel And Work Independently, Demonstrating Strong Time Management And Organizational Skills.
