  1. Administer anesthesia to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
  2. Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed.
  3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create individualized anesthesia plans for each patient.
  4. Educate patients and their families on the risks and benefits of anesthesia and answer any questions or concerns.
  5. Prepare and maintain anesthesia equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition.
  6. Administer medications and fluids as needed during anesthesia.
  7. Assess and manage patients' pain levels during and after surgery.
  8. Document all anesthesia-related procedures and patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
  9. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement infection control and safety protocols.
  10. Stay up-to-date on current anesthesia practices, techniques, and medications through continuing education and professional development.
  11. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families before, during, and after anesthesia.
  12. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards of practice.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
  14. Act as a liaison between patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
  15. Demonstrate professionalism and compassion in all interactions with patients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • A Current And Valid Certification As A Registered Nurse Anesthetist (Crna) From The National Board Of Certification And Recertification For Nurse Anesthetists (Nbcrna).

  • A Graduate Degree From An Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting As A Registered Nurse Anesthetist.

  • Current And Valid State Licensure As A Registered Nurse Anesthetist.

  • Proven Competency In Administering Anesthesia And Monitoring Patients During Surgical Procedures, As Well As Managing Post-Anesthesia Care.
