Cardiac Echo Technician

1. Perform echocardiograms: The primary responsibility of the Cardiac Echo Technician will be to perform echocardiograms on patients using specialized equipment and techniques.
2. Assist in diagnosis and treatment: The technician will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of heart conditions by providing accurate and detailed echocardiogram images.
3. Ensure patient safety and comfort: The technician will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during the echocardiogram procedure, by explaining the process, addressing any concerns, and monitoring the patient's well-being.
4. Maintain and calibrate equipment: The technician will be responsible for maintaining and calibrating echocardiogram equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
5. Document and report findings: The technician will accurately document and report findings from echocardiograms to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
6. Monitor and track patient progress: The technician will track and monitor the progress of patients by performing follow-up echocardiograms as needed.
7. Educate patients: The technician will educate patients on the echocardiogram procedure, as well as any necessary lifestyle changes or medications, to help manage their heart condition.
8. Maintain patient confidentiality: The technician will adhere to strict patient confidentiality guidelines and ensure that all patient information is kept confidential.
