  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs and develop treatment plans for patients.
  2. Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  4. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  5. Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with facility and legal standards.
  7. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and provide input on treatment plans.
  8. Utilize crisis intervention techniques when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
  9. Stay informed on current trends and developments in the field of behavioral health and incorporate new techniques and interventions into practice.
  10. Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their rights and needs are respected and addressed.
  11. Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor, fostering a positive and therapeutic environment for patients.
  12. Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and ethical standards, ensuring the highest quality of care for patients.
  13. Act as a resource and mentor for other team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve upon the quality of care provided to patients, seeking feedback and implementing changes as necessary.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Or Related Field.

  • Active State Licensure As A Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, Or Marriage And Family Therapist.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Behavioral Health Setting, Preferably In An Inpatient Or Residential Treatment Facility.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Therapeutic Techniques And Interventions For Various Mental Health Disorders.

  • Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team, Including Physicians, Nurses, And Other Mental Health Professionals.
