We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Licensed Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. As a licensed professional counselor, licensed clinical social worker, licensed master social worker, or licensed marriage and family therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals seeking support and treatment for mental health concerns.   1. Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' needs and develop treatment plans.
  2. Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with various mental health concerns.
  3. Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques to address clients' specific needs.
  4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  6. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in the delivery of therapy services.
  7. Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  8. Provide crisis intervention and support as necessary.
  9. Educate clients and their families about mental health and coping strategies.
  10. Stay current on developments and advancements in the field of behavioral health.
  11. Participate in team meetings and case consultations.
  12. Uphold the mission and values of Universal Health Services.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families.
  14. Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor at all times.
  15. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • A Valid And Current License To Practice As A Licensed Professional Counselor (Lpc), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw), Licensed Master Social Worker (Lmsw), Or Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist (Lmft) In The State Where The Facility Is Located.

  • A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Providing Group Therapy In A Behavioral Health Or Mental Health Setting.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Interventions And Treatment Modalities For A Variety Of Mental Health Conditions, Including But Not Limited To Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, And Substance Abuse.

  • Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team, Including Psychiatrists, Nurses, And Other Mental Health Professionals, To Provide Comprehensive Care To Patients.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Establish Rapport With Patients, Families, And Colleagues, As Well As Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills To Effectively Manage A Group Therapy Schedule.
