  1. Provide athletic training services to athletes of all levels, including injury prevention, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.
  2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and physical therapists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans for athletes.
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for athletes, including injury reports and treatment progress.
  4. Educate athletes on proper injury prevention techniques and provide them with resources for maintaining their overall health and wellness.
  5. Assist in the management and organization of athletic events, including pre-game preparations and on-site medical coverage.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring they are properly stocked and in good working condition.
  7. Communicate effectively with coaches, parents, and athletes regarding injury status, treatment plans, and return-to-play protocols.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current trends and advancements in the field of athletic training, implementing new techniques and strategies as appropriate.
  9. Adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional guidelines and standards set by the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA).
  10. Demonstrate strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Remain calm and composed in high-stress situations, such as emergency medical situations or game-time injuries.
  12. Foster a positive and supportive environment for athletes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  13. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Athletic Training Or Related Field

  • Certified Athletic Trainer (Atc) Credential From The National Athletic Trainers' Association (Nata)

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Clinical Or Sports Setting

  • Knowledge Of Injury Prevention, Treatment, And Rehabilitation Techniques

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Athletes And Other Healthcare Professionals
