  1. Assist with preparing and maintaining anesthesia equipment for surgical procedures.
  2. Set up and monitor patient vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen levels, during procedures.
  3. Ensure that all necessary supplies and medications are readily available for anesthesiologists.
  4. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of procedures.
  5. Provide assistance to anesthesiologists as needed, such as administering medications and adjusting equipment settings.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and infection control procedures.
  7. Keep accurate records of anesthesia equipment and supply usage.
  8. Troubleshoot and report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  10. Continuously monitor patient comfort and safety throughout procedures.
  11. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with advancements in anesthesia technology and techniques.
  12. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including those related to patient confidentiality.
  13. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide exceptional patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.

  • Certification As An Anesthesia Technician From An Accredited Program.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As An Anesthesia Technician In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Anesthesia Equipment, Procedures And Protocols.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Anesthesiologists And Other Healthcare Professionals.
