1. Develop and implement therapeutic activities and programs for individuals with mental illness.
2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CTRS, Art Therapy, Music Therapy, OT, and PT specialists to create treatment plans that address the needs of patients.
3. Assess patients' needs and abilities to determine appropriate therapeutic activities.
4. Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient sessions and progress.
6. Create a safe and supportive environment for patients to participate in therapeutic activities.
7. Provide emotional support and guidance to patients during activities.
8. Educate patients on coping mechanisms and techniques to manage their mental illness.
9. Communicate with patients' families and caregivers to provide updates on progress and involve them in treatment planning.
10. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
11. Stay updated on current research and developments in the field of activity therapy to provide the best possible care to patients.
12. Participate in team meetings and trainings to enhance skills and knowledge.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards patients and colleagues.
14. Act as an advocate for patients and their mental health needs.
