Shift Manager-Maintenance

Directly supervise union employees and work closely with vendors and contractors. Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers and assign duties accordingly. Coordinate, organize, and direct activities of maintenance crews. Assists workers in diagnosing malfunction in machinery and equipment.
