Pricing Specialist

Applies pricing and business rules fairly to all customer accounts and provides details supporting business decisions, as requested. Supports requests for data and ad-hoc analysis and reporting on pricing, business rules and contracts. Monitors compliance and proactively raises pricing and business rule deviations to appropriate commercial contact (i.e. pricing leadership, sales, customer service, and marketing). Participates in external and internal pricing audits in providing price report details and documentation. Gathers inputs and helps maintain contract database with details of contracts and expiration dates; maintains all contracts and pricing files. Coordinates with the BSC to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with pricing systems and serves as a test/key user for pricing system IT enhancements or modifications.
